Product Description
The UV Piezo Inkjet G4-Separate is a high-end printer featuring an MH2420 print head with advanced Piezo technology. This robust printing solution combines a piston pusher with a metal diaphragm plate, allowing for precision and stability. The print head is made from stainless steel and provides an outstanding resistance to corrosion, thus allowing industrial applications for it.
The system allows for dual-color printing with a maximum print width of 32.4 mm and has 384 nozzles arranged in a staggered formation. It is better performing than in binary mode (30 kHz) and grey-scale mode (20 kHz), this gives rise to versatile printing options using drop volumes ranging from 7 to 35 picoliters in binary to grey-scale mode. An inner heater system makes it suitable for using high viscosity inks; the isolated ink path design ensures reliable performance and longevity.
The all-in-one-type wide format ink printer may utilize not only UV and solvent but also aqueous, etc., where the inks viscosity may be in a range of 10-12 mPa•s, surface tension, 28-35mN/m. An elaborate temperature control within the entire system, including an interior heater and thermistor, allows maintaining its excellent operating conditions up to 60°C for maintaining perfect print quality and stable performance into different applications.
