Core Features

1. Environmental Protection and Safety

Low toxicity and low volatility: using environmentally friendly solvents such as alcohols and ethers, without toxic substances such as benzene, toluene, cyclohexanone, etc., with extremely low VOC emissions, in compliance with RoHS standards, and friendly to the health of operators and the environment.

High flash point and stability: Boiling point above 150 ℃, closed cup flash point above 65 ℃, reducing fire risk; And the solvent has strong dispersion stability, making it difficult to separate or precipitate during long-term storage.

2. Excellent printing performance

Color expression: Wide color gamut, vivid and realistic colors, supporting multiple piezoelectric nozzles.

Fast drying and adhesion: The solvent evaporates rapidly, and the ink quickly adheres to the surface of the substrate, forming a wear-resistant and waterproof ink layer, suitable for smooth materials such as glass and acrylic.

3. Weather resistance and adaptability

Outdoor durability: UV resistance, high temperature resistance, fade resistance, can be maintained for more than 24 months without film coating outdoors.

Material compatibility: Can be attached to various substrates (such as PVC, leather, metal, glass), some materials can be printed without coating, or require special coating solution to enhance adhesion.

4. Equipment compatibility

Suitable for piezoelectric nozzles (such as Epson and Konica), with ink particle size less than 1 μ m, ensuring that the nozzle is not clogged and extending equipment life.

Application Fields

Industrial identification: fields that require high durability printing, such as electronic components (PCB boards) and metal tags.

Packaging and Decoration: Cosmetics boxes, glass bottle bodies, ceramic tiles, etc., combined with coating solution to achieve high-precision patterns.

Usage suggestions

1. Equipment and Maintenance

Compatible with corrosion-resistant ink supply system: Choose continuous ink cartridges that are resistant to organic solvent corrosion to avoid ink leakage or pipeline blockage.

Regularly clean the nozzle: When it is idle for a long time, it is necessary to clean the residual ink on the nozzle to prevent it from drying up and clogging.

2. Process optimization

Coating combination: Use specialized coating solution for smooth materials such as glass and tiles to enhance ink adhesion and imaging clarity.

Parameter adjustment: Adjust the printing speed and UV curing power according to the ambient temperature to ensure that the ink is completely cured without curling or cracking.

3. Storage and Security

Protect from light and store at room temperature: Avoid pre curing caused by high temperatures or viscosity abnormalities caused by low temperatures.

Operation protection: Although the toxicity is low, it is recommended to wear masks and gloves for long-term exposure and maintain a ventilated environment.

Methods for identifying high-quality ink

  1. Odor detection: True weak solvent ink has almost no pungent odor. If the smell is strong, it may be a counterfeit of ordinary solvent ink.

  1. Particle size testing: The manufacturer is required to provide a laser particle size testing report, with an average particle size of less than 1 μ m.

  2. Machine validation: Test the smoothness of printing and color gamut performance. High quality ink has a wide color gamut and no broken lines.
